This Glowing Green Goddess Smoothie recipe is one of our favorites. It features spinach, almond milk, pineapple, banana and lemon. It’s the perfect, healthy way to start your day.

Smoothies are a great way of jam packing fruits and veggies into one meal! All you have to do is add all the ingredients to your blender and process.

A high-powered blender, such as a Vitamix, would be preferable for this recipe.



  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

  • Half banana

  • 1 large handful of spinach (can substitute kale)

  • 1 small mandarin orange

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk

  • 1 small slice of lemon with the rind

Optional Toppings

  • Hemp seeds

  • Flax seeds

  • Cocoa nibs

  • Chopped pistachios


Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
